We are restructuring Dr. Chris' appointments to maintain the safety of our patients, Dr. Chris and our staff. We will now schedule 20 minute appointment times instead of the typical 15 minutes.

• We ask that you be on time! This will allow for screening questions prior to your appointment. 
  • If you answer "yes" to any of the questions than you will be asked to reschedule your appointment for a later date.
• You will no longer be able to congregate in the waiting room due to its room size. We prefer you stay outside or in your car and we will call you into the office for your appointment. 
• Please DO NOT sign in to the computer, Dr. Chris will sign you in.
• To keep with social-distancing we ask that you head back into the waiting room to reschedule your next appointment.
